Don’t miss Walk + Read Montclair at Watchung Park, where you and your child can stroll through Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom – one of our favorite books! 🌴 Enjoy a whimsical walk through the pages of “Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom” at the Judy Weston Garden on September 15th 📚✨

Families will encounter an unfolding children’s story, page by page as lawn signage, until they reach the end of the path.

This initiative is based on the concept of a StoryWalk®, created in 2007 by Anne Ferguson and the Kellogg-Hubbard Library of Montpelier, Vermont, to “promote early literacy, physical activity, and family time together in nature.”

Everyone is welcome to attend.
