Free First Friday: New Moon Sound Bath at Eclectic Chic Boutique

Join Eclectic Chic Boutique for Free First Friday on July 5th! For the first Friday of each month there will be a free activity. If you’ve always wanted to try a class with ECB this is the perfect opportunity! RSVP is required, 16 seats available.

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music, such as from a sound bowl or gongs. Sound bowls create an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help participants relax and release stress, worries, and concerns. Embark on a journey of sound and this experience will guide you into the depths of your consciousness, so you can shed tension and emerge feeling lighter.
