Medieval Fest

Montclair Early Music (MEM) invites you to embrace the pageantry of the past at its upcoming MedievalFest, on Sunday, August 25th, from 11-4:00 pm, at the Montclair Art Museum.

Watch armored knights spar, play Viking lawn games, create enchanting jewelry, learn to dance a merry jig, and get styled with fairy hair at this family-friendly, splendorous spectacle. Enjoy live Renaissance, Medieval, and Baroque music by MEM vocal and instrumental ensembles–including our children’s group: DragonBards. Purchase handcrafted keepsakes and savory or sweet treats from our village vendors, including Cafe Moso, Sankofa Cafe, Rosie’s Empanadas, and Silantro food truck. Celebrate with a frosty tankard of MedievalFest Ale, concocted by the brewmaster at Montclair Brewery.
