Polo G: Hood Poet Tour

Polo G, a versatile rapper from Chicago’s Cabrini-Green projects, rose to fame with his motivational track “Finer Things,” which he wrote while incarcerated. After gaining viral success, he signed with Columbia Records and released his debut album, Die a Legend (2019), which cracked the Billboard 200’s Top Ten. His subsequent albums, The Goat (2020) and Hall of Fame (2021), debuted at number two and number one, respectively, on the Billboard 200. Polo G has continued to release successful singles, including 2022’s “Distraction” and 2024’s “Angels in the Sky,” leading up to his fourth album, Hood Poet.
