Menopause Yoga uses adapted yoga poses, breathing exercises and mindful meditation to support women currently going through perimenopause and menopause. We practice Menopause Yoga to encourage embracing the changes in our lives. It’s an opportunity to become more self-aware and be empowered in our minds and bodies.

Class is open to students with memberships, class packs or try out the experience with a drop-in class.
